Hi,I am trying to install Smart driver on Win 10 and the green bar never finishes after turning the printer on.

Windows10 requires the driver to be certified by Microsoft. We are in the middle of that process (Aug2017), but until then please see the article to explain how to install our drivers: https://get.idpsupport.com/portal/kb/articles/windows-10-upgrade-problem
